Reviews
“Meetings Management worked with the Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA) in providing all the logistical support associated with the recent Department of Transportation Distracted Driving Summit, 9/30-10/1/09. This was a daunting task but Mary Magnini and her team pulled it off effortlessly.
Mary and her staff proved to be very flexible, efficient and hardworking. In addition to the very tedious registration process, they were a tremendous support in dealing with the challenging hotel logistics, exhibits, etc.
I would like to take this opportunity to commend Meetings Management for their outstanding level of professionalism.”
Katherine E Montgomery, Chief Financial Officer, Research and Innovative Technology Administration, U.S. Department of Transportation
"I really enjoyed working with you and your most capable staff for the past three or four months toward a successful Traffic Injury Control All Hands Retreat. Everyone has commented on how well organized and efficient the meeting went. We put our trust in you and the Meetings Management team to get the job done right and you guys came through with flying colors. Thanks again, and I look forward to working with you on similar events in the years ahead."
Chuck Peltier, Division Chief, Program Management and Support

"The service rendered by MMI was extremely professional, organized, and timely. Attendees received expedient responses to their inquiries, while always demonstrating a "can do" and "team player" attitude, which contributed to the successful completion of the Summit. MMI was willing to work beyond the normal workday and expectations to ensure that the Summit was a success for the IACP, COPS Office, and attendees. There were no problems left unresolved by MMI whether they had to do with hotel accommodations, catering needs, audiovisual requests, or any other expected or unexpected requests, making this a truly successful meeting. Branding for the conference was performed by a sub-contractor selected and supervised by MMI resulting in a truly professional look and feel to all materials distributed including: folders, note pads, printed program, attendee listing, badges and all additional information. The IACP/COPS offices received kudos for the organization, presentation and professionalism demonstrated throughout the Summit. This was truly made possible by the services provided by MMI who ran the event from start to finish. Their attention to detail and organization will be an asset to any organization wanting to conduct a successful meeting, conference or event. We would definitely use MMI again."
Paul E. Santiago, Director, International Activities and Support Services
International Association of Chiefs of Police
"To say that Meetings Management 'organizes' [our 1600-person, national conference, Lifesavers] is an understatement. It runs the conference from start to finish. Meetings Management not only organizes all the logistics, meals, programming, and registration for Lifesavers, but it also tactfully and efficiently keeps our planning committee on track and moving towards our goal of a successful event... we know that a well-executed event helps the attendees focus on the topics and the accompanying substance. The success of our 2001 conference, and the 18 other Lifesavers conferences held in the past, is due in large part to the professionalism and efficiency of Meetings Management."
Alan Korn, JD, Director of Public Policy & General Counsel
National Safe Kids Campaign
"As the person responsible for organizing two high profile out-of-town workshops, I can honestly say that it has been a real challenge and MMI has always come through for me... The staff addressed logistical concerns as they arose and did so in a calm, courteous, and professional fashion that allowed my workshops to flow very smoothly. Problems with materials preparation, conference participant registration, and facilities were quickly resolved to everyone's satisfaction. I was grateful to be dealing with such capable and efficient MMI staff."

"Over the past 10 years, our company has traveled to dozens of conferences and trade shows across the country - from large to small - and the Lifesavers conference is definitely among the top shows we have attended. MMI staff members clearly paid attention to the primary need of exhibitors... you really made us feel as important as attendees. You have much to teach other show managers!"

"Mary Magnini did a truly outstanding job. She was consistently available to me throughout the year and was unfailingly pleasant, conscientious, and hardworking. She had a clear understanding of what needed to be done, and was able to communicate that to me effectively and concisely... There was never a time when she did not extend herself to help us even with the smallest problems."

"It was truly a pleasure to work with you on this meeting. MMI's unerring sense of what made a good meeting; your organization and attention to detail; your calm in times of stress and resourcefulness in solving problems; and your cooperation and good judgment throughout are attributes I truly appreciated. You anticipate, ask the right questions, and act to make things go right the first time."
